Current land prices per katha in Dhaka — 2026 update

Here are the approximate land prices per katha I’ve seen recently in different areas of Dhaka:

  • Gulshan: 12-18 crore
  • Banani: 10-15 crore
  • Dhanmondi: 8-14 crore
  • Uttara: 1.5-4 crore (varies by sector)
  • Mirpur: 1-3 crore
  • Purbachal: 30-80 lakhs

These are rough ranges. Actual prices depend on exact location, road width, etc. Please share if you have more recent data!
