Best budget-friendly renovation ideas for apartments

I recently renovated my 1200 sqft apartment in Mirpur on a budget of 5 lakhs. Here’s what made the biggest visual impact:

  1. Fresh paint throughout — 45,000 tk (the single best ROI renovation)
  2. New bathroom tiles and fixtures — 80,000 tk
  3. Kitchen cabinet refacing (not replacement) — 60,000 tk
  4. New light fixtures — 25,000 tk
  5. Replaced old windows — 1.2 lakhs
