Anyone else frustrated with property prices in Dhaka?

I’ve been saving for years and it feels like property prices in Dhaka keep going up faster than I can save. A decent 3-bed apartment in any reasonable area now costs 1.5+ crore.

Is this sustainable? Are there any affordable alternatives I should consider?
