What documents should I collect from the seller?

Making my first property purchase and want to make sure I collect all necessary documents. So far my lawyer mentioned:

  • Original deed (Baya Dolil)
  • Mutation certificate
  • Tax clearance certificate
  • Utility bills

Am I missing anything important?

Good points but I think you missed one important factor: the quality of construction varies HUGELY between developers.
