Purbachal experience — anyone actually living there?

Is anyone actually living in Purbachal New Town right now? Not just plot owners, but people who have built houses and are residing there.

I want to know about the daily reality — utilities, shops, transportation, internet, etc.

One important thing to remember: always get a separate property valuation, don’t rely only on the seller’s asking price.

What about properties outside of Dhaka? I think smaller cities offer much better value for money.
