Mirpur — affordable living but at what cost?

Mirpur is one of the most affordable areas in Dhaka for apartments. But the traffic situation is terrible and the roads are narrow. I currently live in Mirpur-10 and while the apartment is nice, commuting to Motijheel daily is exhausting.

Anyone else in Mirpur? How do you deal with the commute?

One important thing to remember: always get a separate property valuation, don’t rely only on the seller’s asking price.

Good points but I think you missed one important factor: the quality of construction varies HUGELY between developers.
