TVS Radeon Overall Review
TVS is a leading Indian motorcycle manufacturing company which is very popular in Bangladesh as well. They are providing all segments motorcycle according to the necessity of the people for a long time. They are holding almost 20% market share in Bangladesh which is the 2nd highest after another giant brand Bajaj. TVS provides good quality products at a low price. For that, their products are popular even in rural areas. TVS launched Radeon 110 for daily commuter use.Â
TVS launched this motorcycle in the previous year in India but they launched this motorcycle in the last of 2019 in Bangladesh. TVS Radeon awarded the best commuter motorcycle in India. This 110cc commuter motorcycle gets styling design and also a decently powerful engine. In Bangladesh, there is a huge demand for commuter motorcycle. Many riders want a commuter motorcycle with slightly eye-catchy design. For them, this one is perfect.
Design & looks:Â Radeon is considered as one of the beautiful and well designed 110cc commuter motorcycle. The fuel tank gets a new Robust thigh pad design. TVS branding is located in the middle of the fuel tank. A petrol tank cushion covered the upper side of the fuel tank. TVS used a lot of chrome finishing in this commuter motorcycle. The exhaust, carburator cover, rearview mirrors, suspension, headlight are covered with chrome graphics. It also has a large pillion grabrail for comfortable pillion ride and also for carrying luggage. The headlight is equipped with Bezel design and DRL. The round shape chrome finished mirrors give it a classic look. This bike looks amazing with its refreshed premium graphics and adjusted one-piece comfortable seat.
Engine performance:Â TVS used the Duralife technology engine in this bike, which is first in its segment. TVS invented this engine for their own motorcycles and autos. TVS claimed this engine is more powerful, fuel-efficient and durable than others. TVS Radeon equipped with single-cylinder, four-stroke, 2-valve, 109.7cc Duralife engine that can produce 8.2 bhp maximum power at 7000 rpm and 8.7 Nm of torque at 5000 rpm. A commuter motorcycle doesn’t have enough power to satisfy a rider but this one can churn out enough power for the daily commuter use. 4-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch are used for smooth transmission. This bike can reach the top speed of 95 km/h.
Dimensions & seating position: Another attractive feature of this motorcycle is its long stare seat. The well-padded seat is much roomier and wider. This seat promises to provide excellent comfort during a long journey. The handlebar is a little bit up for the better controlling position. In one word, this bike is total’ergonomic’ for a ride. The overall dimension of this bike is standard. The length of this bike is 2006 mm, width 705 mm, height 1070 mm, wheelbase 1265 mm and the kerb weight is 112 kg. This bike also providing 180 mm of ground clearance. That is good enough for the road condition like our country.Â
Suspension & Brakes:Â TVS used Telescopic Oil Damped suspension in the front and 5 Step Adjustable Hydraulic Shock Absorber in the rear wheel. The rear suspension gets Chrome Shrouds in the top. TVS also used Single Cradle Tubular Frame for increased the stability of the bike. This bike comes with Disc/Drum dual version. The disc version gets a 240 mm disc brake in the front and 110 mm drum in the rear and the Drum version gets 130 mm drum in front and 110 mm drum in the rear. TVS installed its own Synchronized Braking Technology (SBT) on this bike. If you press the front wheel lever then it will apply for both wheel. The front-wheel is covered with 2.75×18 section and the rear-wheel is covered with 3.00×18 section tubeless tyres.
Mileage:Â This motorcycle gets a Duralife engine which is fuel-efficient and also can deliver decent engine power. For that this engine can provide almost 60 km/l mileage in the city and an average 65 km/l.
Instrument Panel & Features:Â TVS also adds some key and useful features on this bike. The dashboard gets a whole new design and looks like a car instrument console. The dashboard is fully digital and added with Speedometer, trip meter, fuel gauge, low fuel indicator, etc. The dashboard will also show you the ergonomic engine power and performance engine power.
Colors & Price: TVS launched this bike with three-color into the market which is Volkano Red, Pearl White, and Metal Black. The market price is also reasonable as its standard which is 120,999/- BDT.Â

Super friendly in thick city traffic and highways both.
Sounds like an old TVS Suzuki Fiero
Cons.
The rear TVS tyre and brake pads were out quite fast.
The fuel pump sometimes makes a strange noise.
Chain loosens frequently and wares out early compared to rivals.

Cons-
1)smells petrol around the tank in the parking position.
2)different noise from the carburetor mechanism.Bajaj bikes have similar noise.
3)petrol tank cap. You have to get used to it.
4)inserting the ignition key is not smooth. You have to get used to it.
