Starting a real estate business with 20 lakhs — possible?

I have about 20 lakhs saved up and I want to start investing in real estate. I know I can’t buy much with that amount directly, but are there other ways to get started?

I’ve heard about:

  • Buying small plots in developing areas
  • Property flipping
  • Partnership with developers
  • Rental sub-leasing

Any advice for a beginner with limited capital?
