Tips for selling your property quickly

I need to sell my apartment within the next 2-3 months due to relocation. Here’s what’s worked for me so far:

  1. Professional photos make a HUGE difference
  2. Price it right from the start — overpricing leads to longer listing time
  3. Be available for viewings, even on weekends
  4. Fix small issues (leaky taps, chipped paint) before listing
  5. List on multiple platforms

Any other suggestions from experienced sellers?
